SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS Ground or USPS Priority mail depending on the volume and weight of the package. Tracking Numbers are emailed as soon as shipping label is purchased. We make every effort to ship same day Monday-Friday if an order is received and processed before daily outgoing mail pickup. Please order in-stock items separate from any Pre-Orders. If in-stock items are purchased in the same transaction as preorders, the in-stock items will be held until the preorder arrives and will ship at the same time.

We do our best to ensure you aren't overpaying for shipping, and if you have orders we can combine, we will. In that case, we do refund any shipping overages over $3.00.

Tracking numbers are sent to your e-mail address as soon as shipping label is purchased. Please be aware all purchased items will be delivered to the delivery address indicated in your order. Orders with drastic differences in shipping and billing addresses flag as fraudulent and will not be processed.

For Hawaii & Alaska Customers
Checkout Shipping charges are estimates. Actual shipping charges are based on weight, zone and insurance value after the order is placed. In the occurence there is an overage in the cost of shipping you will be invoiced for it and shipping will be completed once the invoice is paid.

International Customers
Unfortunately as a small business we are not able to provide shipping at this time due to the continued increasing cost of international shipping charges. We apologize for this inconvenience.

ANY ORDER OVER $100 with requested additional insurance will be at the cost to the consumer.

Once your package has been given to USPS, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
