Return, Exchange, Refund,BOM, Cancelations & Pre-Order POLICY
Returns:
Kits, Sale items, physical gift cards, and e-gift cards are not eligible and may not be returned.
Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned at any time.
Fabrics or any items that are cut are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
We have a 14-day return policy and 20% restocking fee for Items which aren’t cut that can be returned within 14 days days from the delivery date for a refund, account credit, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide additional instructions and expedite your return process. Email info@annesmtquilitng.com to get the process started! If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping cost will be at your expense, and we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If a product in your order is incorrect, damaged or missing, please contact customer service within 14 days of receipt of the order so that we can work with you to make it right. Unfortunately we will not be able to replace, reship or refund if we’re not notified within those first 14 days.
Refunds will be issued once returns are received and processed by us. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges. Refunds for refused or abandoned packages will be at our discretion.
All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded. If an item has been used, it is not eligible to be returned.
Products being returned with Manufacturer Warranties: If you’ve purchased a product that came with a Manufacturer Warranty please follow the instructions included with your product warranty for details on how to proceed for repair or replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of damaged or malfunctioning warrantied products.
For replacements, once we ship your new item, you should receive it within 3-7 business days.
Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. The funds can take up to 3 business days to show up in your account.
Exchange process
All exchanges are based on stock availability. Exchanges may be made via Anne’s Mountain Quilting at our physical location, with your proof of purchase.
Refund process
If a suitable replacement isn't available and you do not wish to exchange for another item, we can refund you for your online store purchase. When we have received your return, your refund will be processed in your original form of payment within 5 working days. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed by Anne’s Mountain Quilting. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information.
Please note, the retail value of free item(s) will be deducted from your refund if not returned with the qualifying item(s).
BOM CANCELLATION POLICY
Block of the Month programs are non-cancellable. All payments are final and non-refundable. We welcome you to find a replacement person for your spot if you must cancel, and you must facilitate the transfer of all shipped material to the new subscriber and alert us of the contact person immediately so that we can enroll them in your subscription. No refunds will be issued at any time.
If your payment fails during the BOM, the portal will auto-retry your payment twice more, one day apart. If your subscription fails due to non-payment, we can reinstate subscriptions after a $25 administration fee is applied to your account.
You may not sell your subscriptions on Etsy or other public marketplaces. These BOM programs and all associated materials are the property of Anne's Mountain Quilting and are subject to all applicable copyright laws.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a general rule, we do not offer cancellations. Particularly applied on PREORDER fabric items as we order those fabrics based on the pre-sales. If you decide to cancel your order before it has shipped, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Any Pre-Order Fabric and/or items will be categorized as Pre-Orders under our Coming Soon menu option. Placing a Pre-Order means you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available fabric or product for a listing up-front, before being received and in hand by Anne's Mountain Quilting. Payment is charged and paid in full at checkout. Due to us not having the fabric or product in hand at the time of the preorder, please understand that we will ship all preorder items immediately upon receipt of preorder inventory. The estimated date of arrival is clearly noted in each preorder listing. However, there are times where a manufacturer can experience delays or lost shipments, and these situations are outside of our control. If for any reason there is an issue with your preorder (ie delays, missing piece, etc), we will contact you immediately to make you aware of the situation, and proceed to find a reasonable solution. Please know that all preorder sales are final. Preorder sales cannot be canceled, altered, traded or combined with other orders. We appreciate your understanding. Please do not order IN STOCK items with your preorder; place multiple orders if other items are needed ASAP.
